After a while, Joshua waved his hands. “Please leave.”
Lucas nodded, turned, and left. He shut the door on the way out.
With eyes narrowed, Joshua looked at the two investigation documents in front of him as he knocked his large hands on the desk.
After a while, he smiled bitterly.
Putting the two documents together, only one name appeared: Aura Gibson. It was obvious.
She wanted Nellie dead. She wanted to get rid of the people who treated her best.
Joshua shut his eyes.
Aura. She was Luna Gibson’s most beloved sister. Even before she left, she had a will that asked Joshua to take good care of her younger sister.
The other person was the daughter he had with Luna Gibson.
“Luna, you gave me a challenging problem to deal with.”
Lynch Mansion.
Aura had waited in the hall for half an hour as she held an intricately wrapped box in her arms.
“Is Granny Lynch up yet?”
Looking at the servants lazing around in the mansion, Aura was rather impatient.
The servant looked at her condescendingly. “She’s almost up. Ms. Gibson, if you’re not willing to wait, you can head back first. Granny Lynch doesn’t see guests so early in the morning.“
Aura bit her lips. Inwardly irked, she managed to maintain her smile. “I’ll wait. No matter how long it takes.“
She had to see Granny Lynch no matter what!
Another half an hour passed and Granny Lynch slowly and arrogantly walked down the stairs with the help of her servants.
When she noticed Aura, Granny Lynch chuckled before she sat on the other side of the sofa domineeringly, looking at Aura. “Ms. Gibson, why are you here so early in the morning? Is there anything I can do for you?“
“Yes! “ When she finally got to meet Granny Lynch, Aura excitedly jumped up from the sofa.
She hurriedly walked over and handed the box in her hands to Granny Lynch like a treasure. “Granny Lynch, this jewelry is designed and made by an internationally known designer, Mr. Y! Each of his designs is unique. There are a lot of imitations on the market, and I took a long time to find them! This just arrived from overseas this morning, and I immediately brought this here to give this to you! “
Granny Lynch furrowed her brows and opened the box.

“Yes.“ Aura sighed. Her tone was filled with disappointment and helplessness. Then, she pitifully wiped her tears away. “Granny, do you think I won’t be able to get married in the future?“

I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
This just keeps getting worse, is Fiona another Hailey/Aura. Not sick just playing a game to get Joshua. Disappointing, disgusting and despicable. Luna needs to win , Joshua needs to grow a backbone and see through these horrible women. Why should Luna always be the one who is bullied, destroyed, disrespected and dismissed. Terrible. Those kids need both Luna and Joshua....
OMG no!!!! Someone needs to explain clearly to Luna so the bitterness in her heart subsides and she can truly be civil to Joshua so they can get together as a family. Fiona is unreasonable in her request for a superficial relationship, why can’t one character see the hurt that has been caused Luna and be on her side. Not a fan of Fiona and a superficial relationship even if it cures Nigel....
Totally distract over the fact that the author is spinning Luna as the evil Alice/Hailey. Hope this story line doesn’t last long and we can see a loving family Joshua,Luna and kids soon....
