When Luna returned to the house of Jason’s wife, the police were already there.
Bonnie had been taken away by the ambulance. The police and the forensics were preserving and investigating the crime scene.
Jason was being hand-cuffed. He was about to be taken away.
Luna walked over. After communicating with the police, they gave her three minutes to talk to Jason.
“What? Did you come here to laugh at me?“
Jason sneered and looked at Luna. The handcuffs on his hands were shining a cold silvery gleam.
Luna took a deep breath. She raised her gaze and looked at him.
“Jason, things have gotten to this stage. I hope you can tell me the truth.“
Luna’s voice was cold and aloof.
“Six years ago, when Joshua got you to crash into me, how did he tell you? Did he get you to directly kick me off the bridge or use the car and continue crashing into me? Do you remember what he said? “
Jason furrowed his brows. A hint of franticness flashed across his eyes.
After a while, he harrumphed, “I don’t remember anymore. It has been so long ago, who could remember it?“
Luna narrowed her eyes.
“But that was the first time that you committed murder, you really don’t remember? Then do you remember how Joshua negotiated the deal with you? Did he directly offer five hundred thousand for you to crash into me with your car or did you ask for it? Did you meet him face to face or was it through a phone call? Where did you guys meet?“
Jason furrowed his brows and looked at her.
At that moment, Luna was so calm it was terrifying.
He paused a little and swept an annoyed glance at Luna.
“A matter that involves so much money, of course, Mr. Lynch and I have met to talk about it! The morning of the accident, he looked for me and directly offered me five hundred thousand, asking me whether I would do it or not.“
Then, he harrumphed coldly.
“Why are you asking me all these? Do you not believe that Joshua would kill you? Sadly, that’s the truth! The man you loved the most wants to kill you!“
Jason looked at Luna with extreme loathing in his eyes. “Look at you. How pathetic!“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
