Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 751
Luna narrowed her eyes when she heard what Fiona had said.
It was easy to think Fiona was saying this on purpose.
Shannon turned to Luna and surreptitiously mimed vomiting.
Initially, she had thought Fiona was an innocent woman. However, Shannon guessed that she must have overheard the rest of the employees gossiping about Joshua and Luna, which explained her current behavior.
Shannon knew the reason Fiona said what she had said was because she wanted to get on Luna’s nerves.
Seeing that Joshua did not answer, a glimmer of malice flashed through Fiona’s eyes. She let out a sigh and said wistfully, “Actually, Joshua, I don’t think I’m a good enough match for you… You deserve to be with someone like Ms. Luna. I can’t compete with her at all..“
Joshua could hear Fiona’s voice waver and immediately furrowed his brows. The doctor had told him that Fiona had been triggered, so she had to
keep her emotions under control for the time being. Otherwise, she would collapse and have to be hospitalized.
As soon as he thought of this, Joshua sighed and tried to console her in a low, gentle voice, “Fiona, don’t think so low of yourself. You have your strengths, too.“
Fiona bit down on her lip and cast Joshua an innocent, endearing look. “But I— “
“You don’t have to compare yourself with anyone else. To me, you’re the most perfect woman in the world.“ With that, Joshua glanced at the elevator and said, “We’re here.“
Fiona nodded feebly. “Okay.“
The elevator doors slid open, and the two exited, one after another.
The doors closed after them.
“D*mn! “ Shannon could not help cursing at everything that happened a few moments ago. “ Director Luna, Fiona’s doing this on purpose! “
Fiona had deliberately said the things she said, claiming that Luna was a better match for Joshua and that she could not compare to Luna at all when, in reality, all she wanted was to hear Joshua’s praise!
All she wanted was to hear Joshua compliment her and tell her that she was better than Luna.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
