Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 758
“Mrs. Collins is almost sixty years old now, and she’s Samson’s elder. Don’t you think it was very disrespectful of him to ask her to take off her dress in public?“
Luna chuckled when she heard this. “Let me ask you this, Mr. Lynch. Mrs. Collins accidentally spilled food on her dress, so shouldn’t we just compensate her for the dry-cleaning fees? She refused to let us compensate for that and instead insisted we pay her full price for the whole dress. When we refused to, she called us poor and claimed we could never compare to Ms. Blake… Do you think it’s appropriate for her to say these?“
Joshua paused, then immediately turned around to glance at Mrs. Collins. “Is this true?“
Mrs. Collins’ expression darkened. She initially thought Luna and the rest were just nobodies, that they would be frightened as soon as they came face-to-face with Joshua and pay the compensation.
However, to her surprise, the people she had gotten in a dispute with were none other than Joshua’s employees!
Moreover, she had thought Joshua would have her back and be supportive of her no matter what, simply because she was Fiona’s servant, but she was wrong.
Mrs. Collins bit down on her lip and said, “Mr. Lynch, I insisted because this dress is expensive. Even if they managed to clean it, it’d never be the
same anymore! This dress costs fifty thousand dollars, and today is the first time I’ve ever worn it, yet it’s already ruined. I thought it was unfair, so I insisted they pay its original price! “

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
