Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 790
Christian Moore wanted to please Joshua. Naturally, he would also try to please Fiona.
With Christian accompanying Fiona, Joshua did not worry about Fiona.
Joshua let out a long breath and exhaustedly sat back on his chair.
“Send men to protect Fiona secretly.“
When Luna returned to the office, there was a small bottle of iodine on her desk.
It was the same bottle as the one in Joshua’s office previously.
Did Joshua arrange for someone to send it over? How pretentious.
Luna narrowed her eyes. She picked up the bottle of iodine and was about to throw it into the bin.
Right at this moment, Shannon entered. Looking at Luna’s actions, Shannon’s eyes widened and came over to stop Luna.
“Director Luna, what are you doing? Aren’t you injured? Zayne brought the iodine over to dress your wounds. It’s just a small gesture. You…“
Luna’s hand, which was holding onto the bottle of iodine, stiffened a little.
She retracted her hands and placed the bottle of iodine back on her desk. “I see. So, it was Zayne.“
Of course. Joshua, wanting to help her dress her wounds, was just putting on an act.
How could he possibly be truly worried for her? He would not have deliberately sent someone to bring the iodine over.
“Who did you think it was from?“
Shannon sighed. She placed the documents in her hands down and came over to help dress Luna’s wound with the iodine thoughtfully.
“I know you must be feeling terrible now. Fiona has only come to the company for two days, yet you’ve already had conflicts with Mr. Lynch twice. Now, the entire company knows about it. They said that you were targeting Ms. Blake, so you got a scolding from Mr. Lynch. Director Luna, I think you should…try to avoid Fiona as best as you can. Otherwise, every time Mr. Lynch protects her and targets you, you’ll gradually lose your place in the hearts of others in the company.“
Luna flatly responded. She understood the reasoning, but she could not remain peaceful with Fiona’s constant provocation.
At that moment, her phone rang. It was a message from Anne.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
