Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 892
Joshua’s deep gaze gradually dimmed. After a while, he turned.
“What did Malcolm sacrifice to save you? Is it money? I can repay him ten times or even a hundred times over. Why do you have to repay with the rest of your life?“
Luna laughed.
“Mr. Lynch, who are you to me that you repay others a hundred times over? Also, there are things that money can’t be used to repay.“
Luna wanted to continue saying something when she looked up and noticed that they had already reached the hospital.
She helped Joshua in, helped him register, and brought him to the doctor’s consultation room.
“Thankfully for this burn, you came in time.“
In the doctor’s consultation room, after the doctor dealt with the red patch on Joshua’s back, he could not help but tease, “If you were to come any later, the red patch would go off by itself. My medication would be useless then.“
Looking at the doctor joking seriously, Luna, who had a stern face, finally could not help but laugh.
The tall Joshua got up from the bed and wore a clean shirt that Lucas sent over. He narrowed his eyes and looked at the doctor while buttoning up.
“What you’re saying is that my burns are fine?“
“Of course, you’re fine. Usually, the coffee in cafes wouldn’t be too hot. After all, it was made so that customers could drink them immediately at any moment.“
The doctor pursed his lips and said, “All you need to do is to put some medication on your burns. You don’t even need someone to help you walk. When this lady helped you in, I thought that it was serious. Turns out that it’s just a light burn.“
Then, the doctor mercilessly exposed Joshua’s pretense. “Just because you like her, you pretended to get hurt so you could take advantage of her, right?“
The entire room fell instantly in silence upon the doctor’s words.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
