“I know she’s still asleep. Let her sleep” Samuel said gently, “Have you had your breakfast?” 

Mona blinked in confusion. “Il get something to eat on my way to work later.”

“I’ve bought some ingredients and will make some breakfast here. If you’re not in a rush, you can have some in a w 

Mona immediately understood what was going on. He wasn’t here to just make breakfast. He was here to cook for Emelie specifically. 

She couldn’t believe there were still men who could cook, let alone a manfrom a wealthy family. 

Mona quickly sud, “Make yourself at home. The kitchen’s over there. Feel free to use whatever you need. 

“I’m in a rush to get to work, so 1 won’t be joining you for breakfast. You two enjoy yourselves.” 

Samuel thanked her with a smile and entered the kitchen with the ingredients in his hands. 

Mona quickly took a picture with her phone of him washing the ingredients with his sleeves rolled up. 

Then, she sent the picture to Emelie. 

After she packed her bag, she left for work. Meanwhile, Samuel dumped all the ingredients into a pot. 

After half an hour, breakfast was ready, and he brought the whole pot to the dining table. 

Then, he grabbed some sticky notes from the fridge and taped one on the pot after writing a message. 

He walked to the door to Emelie’s bedroom. He helped close the door after he carried her into her room the previous night. 

It wasn’t locked, and he could open it with a simple madge, Samuel took a glance inside. 

Emelie was sleeping on her side. Half of her face was buried in the soft pillow. 

Samuel closed the door again and left silently. 

He really did come to cook for Emelle 

Samuel got into his car and received a message. “How is she feeling! 

The sender didn’t specify a name, but they knew who it was about. 

Samuel didn’t reply to the message immediately. He tapped his finger on the steering wheel and smiled. 

In reality, he was doing someone else a favor, and he shouldn’t feel that way. 

However, he thought about the ldss last night and decided to be the bad guy. So, he just replied: “She’s fine.” 

“I’ll take care of what’s happening online.” 

Samuel stopped replying and put his phone aside. Then, he drove to Capebatt University. 

Emelle only woke up at noon 

It was the first time in a while she was able to sleep so soundly.

Emelie entered the bathroom to wash herself. When she came out, she was surprised to find a pot of breakfast on the dining table 

She figured Mona didn’t have the time to make it because the latter had to work early. 

Emelie took a closer look and noticed a sticky note on the lid. The handwriting was neat, so it definitely wasn’t written by Mona 

“I’ve made some chicken soup. It’s full of nutrition, Reheat it before you have it.” 

Emelie beld the note in herband while she thought about it. However, she couldn’t figure out who would make it. 

She went back to the room to grab her phone and saw the picture of Samuel that Mona had sent that moming. 

It was October, and it was getting cold in Capebatt City. He was wearing a white sweater. It was loose and soft, and it matched his elegance. It made him look gentler 

He casually rolled up his sleeves, and it gave a cozy vibe. He kept his gaze down as he washed the Ingredients 

Emelie finally realized it was Samuel who made the soup. 

She was surprised and looked at the note again. The message did seem like it was written by a professor 

Emelie kept the note in a book and thanked Samoel through a test. 

Samuel didn’t reply to her message, and she figured he was in class. 

Emelie beought the soup back into the kitchen to reheat it. Then, she waited at the side and called Ashley. 

When she was washing up earlier, she thought of an Idea. She wasn’t sure if it would work, so she wanted to consult a lawyer.
