Vicki walked down the stairs and entered the living room. The maids who saw her quickly greeted, "Mrs. Saunders, good morning."
Vicki nodded, slightly raising her chin, exuding an inherent coldness and a strong sense of pressure. The maids instinctively took a few steps back and respectfully stood to the side.
They carefully served the new mistress of the Saunders family.
One of the maids approached and asked, "Mrs. Saunders, would you like your breakfast sent to your room or would you prefer to dine in the dining room?"
The maid glanced worriedly at the dining room as she spoke.
Vicki heard the commotion and the continuous screams coming from the dining room.
She sneered, "I'll go to the dining room."
"This..." Although the maid looked hesitant, she didn't dare say anything. She gestured with a "please."
"Lead the way, Mrs. Saunders." With that, the maid walked ahead, respectfully guiding Vicki.
Vicki headed towards the noisy area.
The indoor corridor was not short in length.
Before reaching the dining room, Vicki saw Westbrook, whom she had seen yesterday, bounding out of the dining room. He was waving a knife and fork, poking each maid's buttocks vigorously.
The maids didn't dare to resist. When they were poked too hard or caught off guard, they jumped up and screamed in pain.
Westbrook laughed heartily, thoroughly enjoying himself.
Vicki glanced at the dining room and saw the terrible state it was in. Breakfast was scattered everywhere, eggs smashed and left on the stove, grapes and banana peels littered the floor, the table was in disarray with torn bread, jam smeared on the walls, and bacon stuffed into the juice.
Basically, nothing was edible.
The maids saw the situation and averted their eyes, saying to Vicki, "We can prepare a separate meal for you and have it delivered to your room."
Vicki waved her hand. "It's fine."
She continued to take a few steps forward.
At that moment, Bride emerged from the dining room and tried to stop Westbrook. "Little brother, you shouldn't behave like this. They have worked hard to clean up. Stop throwing things around!"
Bride was Fox's daughter and Felix's half-sister. She was wearing a white shirt and a khaki skirt, clearly in her school uniform.
Vicki knew Bride. She was sixteen years old and currently in high school.
Vicki observed Bride, who had a ladylike appearance with a delicate face the size of a palm. Bride slightly lowered her head, and it was easy to see that despite being a dozen years older than Westbrook, a sense of helplessness and even fear could be seen in her eyes.
"Mom, can you do something about him?" Bride turned and asked Fox, who was still sitting in the dining room.
"He's just a child. It's not a bad thing for him to be lively. Mind your own business and go to school, stop talking nonsense." A voice of impatience came from the dining room.
Vicki's lips curved up. It was interesting how there were misbehaving children just as there were parents who didn condone their actions, just as she suspected.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wrong marriage and sweet love (Joyce and Luther)
If this is the ending of this story the story then I wish I hadn’t started reading it doesn’t even end right has not closure. To bad these writers don’t put much into their endings....
When will the new chapters come I can't wait any longer...
Very strange ending, is Joyce pregnant again or does she still have remnants of the devil with her. Christian should have apologized and made up with Luther and Felix. Too much violence and twists and turns, once settled, everyone should be happy and healthy....
Omg… can’t you just let Luther and Joyce live in peace with their children….another controversy doesn’t add to the story....
Not again, ugh … just get rid of this disgusting despicable woman...
Hopefully the underground bio lab East523will be found soon and Luther will make a full recovery, Lily will be reunited with the family and all will be good. Otherwise this will be a very disappointing story....
Please don’t make more trouble for Joyce and Luther, they need to have their children and be happy...
Looking forward to Joyce shooting Otis where it will hurt him the most and end his disgusting ways with women. He’s a pig, deserves to lose his “unit”....
Just tell him you’re the one that saved him , not the evil woman and find your beautiful love story together. Quit being a wet blanket, too smart for that....
I hate it when the hero and heroine are made out to be fools for the evil people that wish to steal their lives and live. Hopefully Charlotte is found out quickly and removed. Why should a villain with an illegitimate child reap all the rewards. Terrible....
