Shortly after, Luther stood up and returned to Alisha's hospital room. He couldn't let go of his weak daughter. He stayed in Alisha's room to watch over her.
Darrin stood guard outside Anderson's room.
Anderson was the first to regain consciousness, around three in the morning. He woke up from the coma caused by the explosion. His head felt heavy and he struggled to sit up. The lights in the room were already turned off, with only the emergency night light illuminating the space.
He looked around, realizing that he was in a hospital. So, he was saved?
His last memory was stuck at the third explosion that Cloud triggered in the bathroom. The safe room had withstood the power of the explosions in the previous two attempts, but by the third one, even he wasn't confident. Deep cracks had formed around the door frame. If there was another explosion, it wouldn't have held up.
To avoid getting injured, he followed the emergency rescue knowledge he had learned and lay in the bathtub, covering himself with all the bath towels and robes he could find, protecting his head securely.
Even so, with a loud boom, the tremendous blast shockwave dazed him, causing him to lose consciousness.
Now, he was in the hospital. He had been saved. But who had saved him?
Anderson made an effort to sit up, wanting to reach for the call button on the bedside.
At that moment, Darrin heard the movement from outside and rushed in. He was overjoyed to see Anderson awake. "Anderson, you're awake. That's great!"
He approached Anderson, embracing him tightly. Darrin patted and rubbed Anderson all over, checking his forehead. "Anderson, do you recognize me? Are you injured in the head? Did your memory get affected?"
Then he gently touched Anderson's small face, confirming that all of this was real.
Anderson rolled his eyes, speechless. "Uncle Darrin, I think there's something wrong with your brain."
Darrin finally let go of his worries upon hearing that.
Thank goodness, Anderson was perfectly fine.
Darrin held Anderson's arm. "I was so worried. It's all my fault for not leaving enough people to guard the Warner family."
"What about my little sister? Is she rescued?" Anderson was most concerned about that. "And where's Dad? Is he okay? I miss him so much."
Luther woke up from a light sleep, hearing the commotion from the neighboring room. He quickly got up and rushed to the door. When he pushed open the door to the adjacent room, he heard Anderson's concerns.
He looked at Anderson in excitement, his thin lips trembling.
Anderson saw Luther and shouted with excitement, "Dad, Dad, you're finally back!"
Darrin quickly got up and stepped aside.
Anderson stretched out his little arms.
Luther hurriedly approached, embracing Anderson as a whole, as if he wanted to merge him into his own flesh and blood. He hadn't seen Anderson for so long, and when he saw him again, Anderson was already unconscious and in danger. His heart had been hanging, unable to find peace.
He missed his son so much and said excitedly, "Anderson, as long as you're okay. You're all okay, and that's wonderful."
"Dad, you're suffocating me," Anderson complained lightly. He was practically being smothered.
Luther quickly released his grip. "Oh, sorry, I held you too tightly."

The readers' comments on the novel: Wrong marriage and sweet love (Joyce and Luther)
If this is the ending of this story the story then I wish I hadn’t started reading it doesn’t even end right has not closure. To bad these writers don’t put much into their endings....
When will the new chapters come I can't wait any longer...
Very strange ending, is Joyce pregnant again or does she still have remnants of the devil with her. Christian should have apologized and made up with Luther and Felix. Too much violence and twists and turns, once settled, everyone should be happy and healthy....
Omg… can’t you just let Luther and Joyce live in peace with their children….another controversy doesn’t add to the story....
Not again, ugh … just get rid of this disgusting despicable woman...
Hopefully the underground bio lab East523will be found soon and Luther will make a full recovery, Lily will be reunited with the family and all will be good. Otherwise this will be a very disappointing story....
Please don’t make more trouble for Joyce and Luther, they need to have their children and be happy...
Looking forward to Joyce shooting Otis where it will hurt him the most and end his disgusting ways with women. He’s a pig, deserves to lose his “unit”....
Just tell him you’re the one that saved him , not the evil woman and find your beautiful love story together. Quit being a wet blanket, too smart for that....
I hate it when the hero and heroine are made out to be fools for the evil people that wish to steal their lives and live. Hopefully Charlotte is found out quickly and removed. Why should a villain with an illegitimate child reap all the rewards. Terrible....
