In the midst of idle chatter, Anderson and Alisha arrived together. Alisha couldn't contain her excitement and pushed open the door, bouncing into the room.
"Mommy, you're finally awake," she exclaimed. She had already heard from the nurse outside that her mommy had woken up, which filled her with extreme joy. So, as soon as she entered the room, she made a beeline for the bed. Just as she reached the bed, Luther gently lifted Alisha up and asked softly, "Is it okay if I bring you to mommy's bed?"
"Yes," Alisha happily danced in his arms. Joyce opened her arms, and Luther handed Alisha to her. After spending some time together, as Alisha began to forget the memories of before, there were no longer any barriers between her and Alisha, and the mother-daughter bond became very close.
Joyce was overjoyed, stroking Alisha's hair as she asked, "Hmm. Mommy has been sleeping for a long time. Was Alisha good while mommy was sleeping?" Alisha nodded vigorously, saying, "I was very good, except for not going to school these two days. I've been obedient the whole time, coming to see mommy every day." Joyce chuckled, "So good. When mommy is discharged, we'll play together."
At this moment, Anderson stood at the side, a hint of worry in his expression.
"Mommy, how are you feeling? Are you okay?" He didn't believe the nonsense that postpartum mothers needed to sleep. His mommy had been in a coma after giving birth, and his daddy had been by her side day and night. Despite his worries, he dared not show them, so as not to affect the emotions of others, especially Alisha, who didn't understand. Mommy and daddy were both in the hospital, and although grandma had rushed over, she also spent most of her time at the hospital. He had to take care of his little sister. It was his responsibility as a big brother. Joyce, feeling for him, pulled Anderson to her side. "Mommy is fine. The doctor just came and did a complete checkup on mommy. Don't worry."
Anderson's tense little face finally relaxed, and he flashed a smile. Cecelia then suggested, "Now that everyone is here, let's go to the nursery to see the babies." "Yes! I want to see my little brothers!" Alisha, upon hearing this, was the most delighted and promptly wriggled out of Joyce's embrace. Joyce also stood up, supporting the two children on either side. "Let's go."
Leaving the ward, guided by a nurse, they arrived at the designated nursery. The hospital had set aside a separate room for them, spacious and bright, with two large incubators inside, separated from other babies who needed temporary care. Four nurses were taking care of the children in the nursery. Joyce walked in, and the nurses respectfully nodded to her.
She approached the incubators slowly, trying not to make any loud noises that might startle the babies. As she drew closer, her heart beat faster, unable to contain her excitement. Looking at the two babies lying in the incubators, she felt her heart melting. They were small, with round faces and rosy cheeks, sleeping soundly. Their eyes were tightly shut, like two lines.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wrong marriage and sweet love (Joyce and Luther)
If this is the ending of this story the story then I wish I hadn’t started reading it doesn’t even end right has not closure. To bad these writers don’t put much into their endings....
When will the new chapters come I can't wait any longer...
Very strange ending, is Joyce pregnant again or does she still have remnants of the devil with her. Christian should have apologized and made up with Luther and Felix. Too much violence and twists and turns, once settled, everyone should be happy and healthy....
Omg… can’t you just let Luther and Joyce live in peace with their children….another controversy doesn’t add to the story....
Not again, ugh … just get rid of this disgusting despicable woman...
Hopefully the underground bio lab East523will be found soon and Luther will make a full recovery, Lily will be reunited with the family and all will be good. Otherwise this will be a very disappointing story....
Please don’t make more trouble for Joyce and Luther, they need to have their children and be happy...
Looking forward to Joyce shooting Otis where it will hurt him the most and end his disgusting ways with women. He’s a pig, deserves to lose his “unit”....
Just tell him you’re the one that saved him , not the evil woman and find your beautiful love story together. Quit being a wet blanket, too smart for that....
I hate it when the hero and heroine are made out to be fools for the evil people that wish to steal their lives and live. Hopefully Charlotte is found out quickly and removed. Why should a villain with an illegitimate child reap all the rewards. Terrible....
