It must be swinging towards that direction.
The chairman must have fallen in love with Monique that he had completely accepted and started taking care of her child.
The chairman was the best person as Louise lifted her head to take a glimpse at the chairman who was sitting at a place by the window, as though his body was sparkling with golden lights.
He was holding a bowl of soup, feeding Angel spoon by spoon.
His actions were elegant like a kind father. Or to be more precise, even more kind than a kind father!
Men nowadays would not be able to do such a feat.
The crowds who were peeping were envious, jealous, and even bear hatred that they wanted to take out the little girl who was sitting in there and replace her with themselves.
Louise was getting rather excited and happy, thinking that it was almost confirmatory that Monique would be the wife of the chairman.
"What nonsense are you blabbering about! Are you out of your mind?" Monique was confused upon Louise's statement and was thrown for a loop.
Why did it sound so frightening?
How could the chairman love her?
There was such a huge difference between their status so it's impossible!
She was just someone who showed up to repay her debts that's all.
It's just that this morning was really quiet, wondering where Angel had been without waking her up!
Monique fumbled, wanting to get down from the bed to take a look outside the bedroom.
"Ouch…" Monique softly shrieked in pain
Her whole body was aching after being tied up yesterday. While rescuing Angel, she defended her with her bare body, ending up falling hard to the ground with big patches of bruises all over her body.
"What's wrong?" Louise expressing her concern.
"Nothing, maybe it's just the soreness throughout my entire body.” Monique replied as she shifted her body slightly but still let out a scream as well.
