The corners of Henry's mouth curled up lazily. "I thought you would play later today."
Henry said lightly, as if she were her wife who had been married for many years.
After his wife went out to play, they simply greeted each other.
Everything was so simple and not deliberate.
It was very comfortable.
When Little Nomi saw Monique coming back, she smiled happily. "Mommy, you're back. Daddy is teaching me how to do programming. It's fun."
Monique's face lit up as if a flower had bloomed. She looked at Little Nomi with a smile and said, "Wow, that's great. How's Little Nomi's learning going?"
Henry said proudly, "She's a good student. She is my daughter, ok?"
Monique smiled and said, "Little Nomi is so smart. Of course, she inherited it from me."
"Are you sure?" Henry looked at Monique playfully.
Monique walked in.
Walking to Little Nomi's side, she leaned over and gently kissed her forehead. "Mommy, I miss you."
Little Nomi was even happier. She sent a kiss back to Monique and said, "Mommy, I miss you too."
Henry: "..."
It seemed that he was ignored as soon as Monique came back.
Monique rubbed Little Nomi's head and then looked at Henry.
She also leaned over and kissed Henry on the cheek.
Henry was stunned.
Monique's bright eyes were so gentle that they were almost dripping with water. "I miss you too."
The corners of Henry's lips curled into a happy smile. He held Monique in one hand and kissed her directly on the lips.
"Uh... uh... Shame on you..." Little Nomi covered her little face and looked at her mommy and dad.
There was an extremely happy smile on her face.
"She will learn." Monique blushed and patted Henry on the shoulder.
