Henry’s eyes were dark like the night. All that was in his mind was to make Monique his own. Did he really want to rape a lady?
How hilarious was that!
He stopped at the end.
It was as if Monique heard him say, ‘This is a punishment for her hooking up with another man!’
‘What? Is this only a punishment?’
Henry looked at the fatigued woman and realized how cruel he was. Her body was full of his bite marks, symbolizing his claim over his territory.
Henry took a breath to calm his aggression down. He tidied up her clothes and covered her in a blanket. She flinched anxiously as her hand touched his neck.
Henry leaned on the bed and fixed his dark eyes on her. After a long time, he opened up one corner of the blanket, carefully laid down, reached out his hand, and hugged her in his arms. Then, he closed his eyes.
The next morning, the day dawned crisp and clear. The sun poured through the windows.
Monique slept in Henry’s arm peacefully for a night, and he slept very sound that night. As he opened his eyes, Monique was sleeping tight.
He looked at her sleeping so soundly, curled up on the bed like a cute baby, making him feel at peace.
He lowered his head and kissed the woman lying on his arms. He woke up and tiptoed to the bathroom. The corners of his mouth were slightly raised—he was in a good mood.
Henry got changed and walked to the door. He recalled something, then he walked back to the bed again. He picked up her phone and pressed the phonebook, then deleted a name from her phone. He raised his lips, looking conceited.
Mrs. Lawson was walking out from the dining room when she saw the Young Master. “Good morning, Young Master.”
Mrs. Lawson saw his lips curling up, looting a smile. She saw the same smile on the day Ms. Xander moved over.
