"Monique!"
As soon as Monique finished the last transfusion, Henry ran in.
Monique didn't even have time to put on her shoes when she heard the sound and rushed to the door.
However, she forgot that she had sprained her ankle. As soon as she touched the ground, she fell forward.
"Monique." Henry caught her.
"Honey..."
Monique's eyes turned red. Was this still her handsome husband?
He was still wearing the same suit as yesterday, and now it was full of wrinkles.
His chin was covered with stubble and her hair was in a mess.
Since Monique knew Henry, he had never seen him in such a sorry state.
It seemed that he was really in a hurry after something happened to her.
Henry carefully carried her to the bedside and gently put her down.
Seeing how intimate the couple was, the nurse pursed her lips and quickly left.
Henry examined Monique carefully.
"Honey, I'm fine. The baby is fine too."
Monique took Henry's hand and put it on her belly.
"Yes."
Henry held her in his arms and breathed hard on her scent, feeling at ease.
"Honey, why don't you come up and rest for a while?"
Little Nomi and Louise must have been extremely anxious that she had suddenly disappeared yesterday.
Monique couldn't wait to go back.
But when she saw Henry's bloodshot eyes, she felt distressed.
Anyway, they already knew that they were fine, so they let Henry rest for a while.
Monique thought to herself.
"Yes."
Henry didn't refuse and went to bed obediently.
With Monique by his side these days, Henry rested very well every night.
