Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 197

However, she had no evidence that she had been thrown across the room. She stammered, “Sorry…I accidentally fell down…Are you okay? I didn’t hurt you, did I?”

Siobhan had been shocked. What had just happened?

She put Angel down in a hurry and rushed to help Yvonne up, “Are you so beguiled by him that you can’t even walk properly?”

Yvonne blushed in embarrassment and mumbled, “Mom!”

Henry carried Angel and placed her on a chair. His movements had been so elegant and familiar that it showed that he had done this very often.

“Daddy, I really missed you. I haven’t seen you in days,” Angel pouted and said in her cute, soft voice.

Henry stared at her puffy cheeks and teary eyes, the coldness in his eyes disappeared instantly.

He gently pinched Angel’s chubby face with his slender fingers, and said affectionately, “Daddy will never leave you again.”

Angel grinned from ear to ear when she heard him say that. She tiptoed and planted a kiss on Henry’s cheek, “Yay! Daddy, Mommy, and I will be together forever.”

Siobhan helped Yvonne to her feet and supported her while she limped her way to the chair. Yvonne could see that Henry loved Angel very much. She had been dying from jealousy inside, but the smile on her face remained unwavering, “Mommy, can you help make some tea?”

Siobhan pitied her daughter who had been in pain, but she had no choice but to nod smilingly, “Please take a seat Chairman Moore, I’ll serve you some tea.”

Yvonne turned around to see Angel beaming triumphantly. She knew that she did that on purpose and pinched herself on her waist out of anger, which made her twitch in pain.

“Aunty, you need to be more careful. Do you need me to help you to bed?” Angel stuck her tongue out and made an ugly face.
