Amelia frowned, as she was unwilling to do so. In the end, she forced out a smile out of the respect she had for Assistant Manager Walt. "Alright, sure thing."
Assistant Manager Walt faintly nodded, “Meet me in my office after getting Monique her water."
Amelia and Assistant Manager Walt then faded from her view. Monique turned back to face the computer that she just rebooted to continue with her work
The clicking sound of Amelia's 10-centimeter tall high-heels were heard, as she made her way to the water dispenser in the break room. She grasped tightly onto Monique’s pink bottle. The force was so hard that she nearly broke the bottle.
The area where the water dispenser was located was an ideal spot where the usual gossiping took place in the morning. There were already a few colleagues lingering around that area. Hannah from the public relations department was there too. She was there because she had business to settle with the planning department. Amelia saw Hannah and Jackson discussing some issues while having a cup of coffee.
Jackson, who was curious after seeing Amelia storming in anger, asked, "What in the world happened that made our gorgeous Amelia mad, early in the morning?"
Amelia sat on the chair enraged as if fire was dwelling within her. She glanced toward the entrance of the break room to ensure that Assistant Manager Walt was not trailing behind her. She then shouted, "I wonder what's wrong with Assistant Manager Walt! It's one thing to order me to guide a new planning assistant, but to fill her bottle with water? How can I not be pissed about it?"
"Was it the newcomer?" Asked Jackson.
Assistant Manager Walt giving special treatment to the newcomer was not something that was new to the entire planning department.
It was a huge commotion to the entire planning department the day before.
Some of them made a wild guess that the newcomer was Assistant Manager Walt's girlfriend.
