Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 311

Monique wore a black dress decorated with tiny grapefruits, giving off a simple yet delicate design and revealing her graceful figure. It exuded both an imperious vibe, but also some gentleness.

Monique picked the dress at random earlier that morning when she was rushing to work. All her clothes were bought when Henry brought her to the mall. Henry had ordered Mrs. Lawson to put away all of Monique's old clothes.

Monique's thin brows gradually frowned; her face showing signs of fatigue.

Felix Jayden, who had seen countless pretty ladies, found Monique above average and not especially stunning. However, Monique had a natural brand of beauty, one that did not need any make-up.

However, compared to her sister, Monique was way prettier.

Besides, there was no sense of arrogance that he could detect from Monique.

Charlotte frowned, troubled. After all, Yvonne was Monique's sister. Even though Monique looked much friendlier than her sister, anyone would defend their own family, despite knowing that they were at fault in the first place. It was likely Monique would react in that manner as well. In the end, things might end up with the same result, or perhaps even worse than before.

However, thinking back at what Harper said about assigning Yvonne right next to her, Charlotte was frustrated. She took a deep breath and said, "Monique, let me introduce you to the deputy manager of the PR department, Felix Jayden."

It looked like the incident had something to do with this man, judging from the way Charlotte was stuttering.

However, Monique was rather confident that she did not know the man before her, so she doubted she could be of any help. Besides, she still had to rush back to the planning department; she promised Amelia she would get the proposal done as soon as possible.

Monique smiled at Felix. "Mr. Jayden, may I know the reason you summoned me?"

Felix nodded, his eyes gleaming with disdain as he questioned Charlotte, "She was the chairman's chauffeur?"
