Henry kept mentioning that Monique seduced another guy, but she could not recall ever doing that.
'Hahaha… What a joke, even the first time, he forced me to be with him.'
Monique admitted that she had fallen for him, but that did not permit him to insult her whenever he wanted to.
Her eyes reddened as she smirked. "You're the one who forced me to stay back. You really think I want to stay with you? I seduced you so that you would set me free once you’re done with me. What were you thinking? Do you really think I’d fall for you? Hahahaha, what a joke. You even gave me flowers? How does it feel to be insulted?
"Even if I did seduce another man, at least he treats me way better than you do," Monique said with a voice trembling with disappointment.
Monique had thought of making him fed up with her so he would let her go, all so that Angel would not get hurt. The main reason she did that was because Henry was always mistreating her.
All this while, Henry had been treating Monique like a mistress.
However, Monique had made a grave mistake by falling in love with a guy far out of her league.
Monique vowed to return Henry’s insults in kind.
Henry was dumbfounded as he turned off the water. Indeed, he planned everything from the beginning so that he could force Monique to move into Moore manor, but that was for the Angel’s sake, so that she could have a better environment and a complete family.
However, Henry got the idea that Monique was seducing him, all so that she could leave him for the sake of a guy called Simon Leeds!!!
Monique claimed that Simon was way better than Henry; this was a tremendous insult to Henry.
Not once would anyone dare defy him.
"Let you go? In your dreams!" As Henry said that in his cold voice, he grabbed Monique and heaved her. He threw her to the large bed in the bedroom.
Henry's reddened eyes stared at Monique, whose messy hair was scattered all over her pale face. Her lips, which were pink, were now bloodless.
