Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 432

The chairman had already gone in the elevator. Louise ran out and screamed like a daredevil. “Wait for me…”

He did not have any plans to wait for her, but it was fortunate that Louise was fast. She managed to slip in before the door shut. The door did not shut properly, so it reopened, then it shut again.

The elevator was diffused with a pleasant scent of adrenaline, but there was a strong pressure as well. She glimpsed at him; his charming face did not reveal any expression, and his perfect features were icy cold. She could sense an intimidating feeling from him.

She had no idea where he was bringing Monique; her fever had gone down, so it should not be the hospital. Was he taking her home?

Louise did not dare ask, she followed quietly and pretended that she was invisible. The car stopped at Star River residence. They got down the car and she followed Henry to the eighth floor. It was a spacious room and she was dumbfounded by the grand interior. It was a house located in the center of the city; one square foot could cost at least a hundred thousand dollars. Truly, it was so huge, Louise was envious.

Did Monique live there?

The place did not seem to have any signs of someone living there.

He put Monique in a bed and looked at her; the image of her and Simon could not get out of his mind. He turned and left the room.

Louise stood in the living room, her eyes scanning every corner. This room was spacious and well-lit, the ventilation was good, and the design of every detail was ingenious. The open space kitchen was beautifully designed, especially the bar counter next to the kitchen. She loved it. She could imagine herself drinking a glass of wine and tasting a dish she cooked. Sigh, it was lovely to think about.
