The colleagues of the policeman frowned. “What exactly happened here? Didn’t someone report a fight here?”
The bodyguard who was very tough just now fainted as he saw the police.
Another bodyguard pointed at Simon and said loudly, “Yes, police officer. This person came upstairs and hit us for no reason. There’s a surveillance video there. You can watch the video.”
Simon became very anxious. All the incidents that happened that day were so ridiculous! Starting from acquiring kindergarten, to illegal imprisonment, and now a bodyguard pretending to faint?
“Police officer, I’m the headmaster of The Starry Kindergarten, Simon Leeds. Don’t listen to his nonsense. My friend was imprisoned by them here. I was looking for my friend but they didn’t let me in, hence we started fighting,” Simon explained.
Angel quickly nodded.
The police officers looked at Simon. One of them called 120, then another two police officers walked into the house and asked Louise, “Are you the imprisoned friend he was talking about?”
Louise was confused. She shook her head, “I’m just waiting for my friend.”
Angel shouted in surprise, “Aunt Louise, aren’t you imprisoned? Otherwise, why would those two bodyguards stand at the door and not allow us to go in.”
“My manager called me and asked me to wait for someone here. He said it’s a client of Marriott International. He rented this house and asked me to come over and clean this place,” Louise answered.
“How about my mommy?” Angel opened her eyes wide in surprise and looked at Louise.
Louise frowned. She blinked and said, “Y-your mommy... I don’t know.”
A police officer who seemed to have a higher status respectfully answered a phone call and answered, “Yes yes yes. Sure sure sure” before hanging up the phone. He pointed at Simon and said sternly, “Catch him!”
