Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 469

In the bar, Henry took a sip of the wine served by the woman. Suddenly, he saw a familiar slim figure standing across the dance floor from the corner of his eye. When he got a better look, she had disappeared.

He was surrounded by beautiful women.

The woman who approached him did not have the beauty that was out of this world, but she had pretty features and a voluptuous body.

Besides that, Stella was a child actor. She became even prettier when she grew up. She had a slim figure, an almond-shaped face, a fair complexion, huge long curls around her shoulder, and a pair of captivating eyes.

Stella had won the best actress award for three years consecutively and carried herself exquisitely and elegantly.

Monique was no match for them. He derided himself as he was still thinking about her.

She tried means and ways to leave him before they even got together. Even after they had shared a bed, she was still determined to leave him. He gave her flowers and worked so hard just to get back to her as soon as possible. He was infuriated just by the thought of it.

She was just Angel’s biological mother—Stella could do it as well, and maybe even do a better job than her.

Angel might need some time to accept her though.

Henry took another sip of wine from the glass. Even though the woman was making obvious advances toward him, he had no desire to touch her. He hated the feeling of not being in control of his own actions.

Henry squinted his eyes and glanced at the grinning woman. She poured him another glass of wine. The way she was about to pounce at him once he got drunk annoyed him.

He roared, “Get lost.”

His magnetic voice sounded a little tipsy yet remained intimidating.

Stella smirked satisfyingly when she heard Henry chased the woman away.
