The head of the gang had a fierce look in him. He said, , "You better run for your life while you still have the chance, or else I'll make sure you're dead."
He did not demonstrate any confidence when he made his statement despite it being a threatening statement.
Stella was much more composed when she saw Henry appeared. After all, she witnessed many different scenarios in society and she was very confident that Henry would not let her be hurt.
Henry signaled to Stella and she immediately got the hint. She struggled with all her might and forcefully bit one of the hands that were grasping on her. She almost bit off the layer of skin off the guy’s hand.
The guy whose hand got bitten tried to shove her mouth away while another guy was about to pounce on Stella's hair. Henry dashed to them and kicked the guy away. With a moaning sound heard, the guy stumbled to the ground. Stella hurriedly ran behind Henry.
Stella was panting and her legs were wobbling after experiencing such a horrifying incident.
However, it was not the time for her to panic as the gang opposite them were glaring fiercely at them both.
The head of the gang was enraged when he saw his friend being beaten to the ground.
He ordered the rest to charge at them simultaneously. Henry started punching and kicking them. In no time, three of them were on their knees after being brutally beaten up by Henry.
However, the other two were well-trained. Their eyes reddened as they took out a dagger, ready to get into a fight.
Henry was having a hard time fighting against them. If it were not for him being drunk, the gang would not even put up a fight against him.
Stella's heart was racing when she saw the two drunkards with their dagger. She knew Henry was almost at his limit. Henry was already drunk and he was still holding the fort purely with his determination.
Henry was seen standing unsteadily. Besides having to duel with the thugs, he also needed to keep an eye on Stella's safety as well.
"Hen, just go, don't bother about me," Stella said with a sobbing tone. She would rather prefer her death over Henry being hurt.
