You Can Run But You Can't Hide My Contractual Wife novel Chapter 283

Bill's reply made her stop.

How could she forget that Bill Sky could do everything just to get what he wanted?

She should not have provoked him.

'In your dream!' She replied quickly and turned off her phone as she didn't want to read his messages again.

She put her phone inside her bag and let herself enjoy the movie and the popcorn.

How she wished she had Adam with them too.

She looked at Bill who was now reclining his seat with closed eyes.

Where did he hide Adam?

Why her child wasn't in his penthouse?

Who's taking care of him right now?

Remembering her son, her heart suddenly became heavy.

The heaviness made her eyes turn moist and then tears slipped her eyes.

In the dark, she was starting to weep secretly with her thoughts about Adam.

Meanwhile, Eric was still following the girl who happened to have a window shopping.

He wanted to see more of her as he knew she had someone to meet up with within this place.

He was very curious about the people she was going to meet but this girl was no tiring moments.

She kept on entering different stores, trying some clothes then ended up empty-handed.

'What a waste of time.' Eric muttered annoyingly in the air.

Then she went to some cosmetics stores and tried all the make-up on her face.

'What is this kind of girl?' Eric muttered complaining.

'She had all the money from all her victims, why she was not buying any and she settled for samples?' Eric frowned.

'Or maybe she was just so cheap.' He concluded with irritation.

She was really getting to his nerves.

This girl was wasting her time inside the mall.

He could not help to capture her that instant but Eric wanted to know first the person she was meeting in this mall.

Then the girl went inside a bag shop.

She tried out the bags but she went out without anything in her hand.

He was already tired of tailing her but he was determined to catch her.

There's no way on earth she's going to let her slip away.

After she exited the bag store, she went inside to the next store of apparel.

He couldn't believe it.

'How could this girl didn't get tired of walking and trying out things?' For a businessman like himself who valued time, Eric could not understand why the girl just wasted her time doing these kinds of lame things.

'Maybe it was her hobby if she had no customer. Surely, this girl was the type of spending her fortune for a day. That's why she seemed broke today.' He thought.

'No... what about my money? That huge money she stole from him could not be gone just like that even if she buy the whole store.' He disagreed with his thoughts.

His thoughts were disrupted when the girl entered a fitting room with a bunch of outfits in her hands.

He simply sat on the couch to wait for her.

Eric was terribly bored and he was really pissed off right now.

He was waiting there for 15 minutes now but the girl still didn't show up.

She was still inside the fitting room.

Running his fingers on the couch's surface, Eric felt so impatient already.

He quickly stood up and went to the fitting room.

Opened the curtain but to his surprise, the girl wasn't there.

There's no one inside.

She escaped from him.

Annoyed and pissed with the situation, Eric gritted his teeth.

After his time got wasted tailing the girl, he could not let her escape just like that.

But how did she escape from him?

He had been staring at the exit of the fitting room the whole time but she didn't get out.

Or could it be she knew that she was being tailed all along?

How could he forget that she's a crook and these kinds of girls were clever?

Then a woman who wore a beach hat with sunglasses flashed across his mind.

She was the only woman who went outside from the fitting room.

He really underestimated her talent.

How could he forget that crooks were good at disguising?

They were always alarmed and suspicious as their victims mainly were married men.

With his hint, he quickly ran towards the exit.

There's no other way she could pass through only by using one door.

"Excuse me, have you seen a tall lady wearing a black beach hat and brown big shades?" Eric asked hurriedly at the saleslady on the exit.

"Yeah. She went right there." Seeing Eric handsomely, the woman quickly answered and pointed in the right direction.

"Thank you," Eric quickly bowed and ran off.

He could feel his breathing wasn't good.

It seemed that he was already breathing fire.

This girl made him really angry.

She would definitely suffer if he would catch her.

Eric clenched his fists hard along with his heavy breathing.

It was his first time inside the mall running here and there just to find a girl.

The girl with many names.

The girl who offended him so much.

Just when his feet stopped in front of an elevator.

While he was chasing his breath, his eyes landed on the elevator which happened to be almost closing.

His eyes grew wider seeing the girl who he was looking for. At last, after a long twist and turns inside a big mall, he saw her again.

He heaved a sigh heavily then clenched his fists.

He hurriedly blocked his arm to the closing elevator then he quickly slipped his body inside.

The girl was startled as he looked at her with killer eyes.

Then, The girl tried to step forward to push the button but Eric was quick to grab her wrist.

"Hey! What are you doing? Let me go!" The girl said full of irritation.

"Where do you think you're going, huh?" Eric answered with a mocking smirk. "Do you really think you can escape from me?" He added angrily still chasing his breath.

"Let me go! Who are you? Why are you doing this to me? I don't even know you!" The girl roared.

Hearing her, Eric laughed out loud.

He could not believe that the girl was so naive.

Her innocence was getting to his nerves.

Eric suddenly pushed her to the wall.

"You don't know who I am? Huh! Let me tell you who I am woman! I am none other than your creditor." Eric hissed.
