There were a few photos and an ultrasound sheet, on which was the same name as she had seen on Xavier's desk.
That meant the woman in the photo was that pregnant woman.
Arya sat down on the bed and stared at the photo.
Judging from the photo, they should be in the coffee shop. Opposite the woman was Xavier, who seemed to be talking about something.
Who sent her the photo?
What was his purpose?
What was Xavier's relationship with this woman?
There were too many questions.
Arya sat alone in the room for a long time, but she didn't figure out who sent it.
It seemed that the person who had sent it wanted her to see Xavier being with another woman.
She took a deep breath and put everything in the drawer.
Arya had been in a daze all day. She sat alone in her room after lunch till dark.
Nanny Joy noticed that something was wrong with her, but she said she was fine as being asked.
So she called Xavier.
Xavier was ready to come back.
"What's the matter?" He asked as he walked out of the company.
"Madam locked herself up in the room after receiving a letter," Nanny Joy said.
Xavier raised his eyebrows slightly. "What's the letter about?"
"I don't know. She read it in the room." Nanny Joy could tell that Arya was in a bad mood after reading the letter.
"I see." Xavier hung up the phone and walked towards his car. Then he pressed the unlock button of the key in his hand and got into the car.
There was a traffic jam at this time, and it took him half an hour to arrive at the hotel.
He got out of the car, walked through the hotel lobby, and was stopped by Cullen's Deputy when he got on the elevator. "Are you free now?"
Xavier turned around and saw the person standing behind him. He nodded slightly. "Lead the way."
The Deputy led the way through the corridor and came to the private room of the hotel. He opened the door but did not go in. Instead, he said to Xavier, "The old chief is inside."
Xavier walked in. Cullen sat at the mahogany table with a set of celadon tea sets on it, which was freshly brewed and was enveloped in white mist. He poured a cup and placed it opposite him. He looked up at Xavier and said, "Sit down please."
The Deputy behind him closed the door and guarded outside. Xavier sat opposite Cullen, picked up the tea, and sniffed it gently at the tip of his nose.
He wasn't in a hurry to speak but waited for Cullen to say something.
"What do you want?" Cullen looked at him seriously.
He had known the relationship between Arya and Xavier, and now he needed his answer.
There was some misunderstanding about this matter, but it was a fact that Arya was wronged.
If Xavier did not give a satisfying answer, he would take Arya away.
Cullen was old with grey hair. After experiencing this much, he looked unusually serious.
When Xavier saw Cullen's Deputy, he had guessed what he want to say.
He put down the teacup. "What do you want me to do?"
All Cullen cared about was Arya's status.
"Our family has to be aboveboard." He wanted Arya and Xavier to get married and hold a wedding banquet.
Wouldn't Xavier want to provide Arya a position?
He wanted to, badly.
But it won't work at this time.
It was nothing but because Arya was still in a weak condition that couldn't do anything about it now.
"Why do you hesitate?" Cullen was obviously unhappy, thinking that he was unwilling.
"I really want to satisfy your requests, but it is not the right time..."
