Emily had been hiding in the emergency stairwell the entire time. Only when Ariana entered her apartment did she finally step out. She cautiously approached Brian and asked, “Mr. Lodge, Ms. Torrey…” 

Before she could finish, Brian turned his anger on her. “Why didn’t you inform me that Ariana moved?”
