The driver’s face shifted dramatically. 

In the past, Ariana had always been meek and submissive. She would never have reacted so strongly.

“Ms. Torrey, I was only trying to help you! Don’t be ungrateful! If it were Ms. Granger, she would never treat loyal, senior employees like this!”

Ariana was well aware that he had been Belinda’s trusted confidant for over a decade and someone she relied on deeply. 

Even if Ariana called Belinda, she wouldn’t really do anything to the driver.
