Lily is very busy after returning to the company because of the launch of the new product, but she does not forget John.

She goes to the hospital every afternoon.

After John's injury is completely healed, Lily takes him to Daisy's place as soon as he is discharged from the hospital.

"Let's go eat there today."

"At your mother's place?" John never thinks that she will bring him to see her mother. He feels that it is unreal.

He is a little nervous. "This is the first time I've been to your mom's place. It's not good to be empty-handed. Let me go buy some gifts."

When Daisy in the kitchen hears the noise, she wipes her hands on her apron and hurriedly comes out, "You like ribs, so I am making the meat ribs and seaweed soup..."

Seeing Lily leading an unfamiliar young man in, Daisy stops talking.

She stares at John blankly and asks Lily, "Lily, who is this?"

When she received a call from Lily this morning and learned that she would bring her boyfriend back for a meal, Daisy thought that she and Louis have made up.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce him to you." Lily pulls John over and says with a smile, "When I was studying abroad, he was the one who took care of me. He's John, my boyfriend!"

"Hello, miss." John bows to greet Daisy politely.

Daisy is familiar with the name.

He met Lily abroad, but for some reason, they broke up. However, this is Lily's personal affair, and she never asked about it.

She never thinks that after so many years, Lily will bring him to her.

"Hello." Although Daisy is shocked, she does not reveal it. She nods at John and says, "Lily told me about you taking care of her when she was studying abroad, thank you."

John looks at Lily with a gentle smile and replies to Daisy, "No, I should thank you for raising such a beautiful and smart daughter."

"Lily's temperament is like yours. Too many people are fond of her." John smiles and says, "I feel so insecure!"

"Is that so?"

Lily can't watch any longer and interrupts, "Come on, stop praising each other. Mom, hurry up and cook. We haven't eaten anything in the morning because we want to come back for lunch you cooked."

Evelyn signals John to sit on the sofa and makes tea for him.

Evelyn says that many vegetables have not been washed, so she pulls Lily to the kitchen to help her.
