In the next two months, Liam hired a doctor to stay in Regalian Garden all day long until two days before Cynthia’s due because she didn’t feel well. 

Because Cynthia was pregnant with twins, she went to the hospital in advance and waited for the labor. 

Anthony was worried about Isabella because of her poor health, so he drove her to the hospital too. 

They had booked two VIP rooms. 

On the second day there, they started to feel persistent contractions at the same time. 

Isabella had given birth to a baby before. The labor would be relatively faster this time. The time from the persistent contractions to the fully dilated cervix was short, which was even shorter than what the doctor predicted. So the epidura injection that was planned wasn’t used in the end.

She knew they were all waiting for her so she couldn’t give up.

She bit Anthony’s hand and grasped the railings on both sides, trying her best to push.
