Chapter 70
Looking at the calm look on Felicia’s face, Mason roared, “Why haven’t you called Roseanne and asked her where
she is?
He was becoming more and more disappointed in Roseanne. He had carefully nurtured her for so many years, but she was not as useful as Cynthia, the daughter he had left in the countryside since childhood.
Now she couldn’t even handle the thing of serving a man.
“Mason, what happened?” Felicia asked cautiously as she saw her husband’s angry face.
Mason was impatient and swept the landline phone in front of him to the ground.
With a clatter, Felicia was so scared that she didn’t move at all.
“Make the call,” shouted Mason.
“Oh, okay.” Felicia shivered and picked up her phone immediately.
Before she could dial, there was a sound from outside.
Roseanne, dressed in tattered beggar clothes, with messy hair and swollen cheeks, walked in slowly with a vacant look.
Her disheveled appearance would make people believe she had just rummaged through trash bins.
Now that the person he wanted to see appeared in front of him, Mason shifted his anger to Roseanne. “How dare you come back? You messed up my investment.”

Then he threw a teacup in his hand at Roseanne.
Without dodging, Roseanne was splashed by the tea.
She didn’t defend herself, and her eyes were filled with despair.
“You haven’t done anything for the whole night. How did it end up like this? What were you doing?” Mason looked at Roseanne’s clothes and frowned fiercely.
The ragged and smelly cloth could barely cover the essential parts of her body.
Seeing her daughter like this, Felicia felt so sorry for her and hurried forward.
But before she got close to her, she smelled the stinky smell of Roseanne.

She said indifferently. “Mom. I umell bad“
Hearing this team welled up in Felicia’s eyes. “It doesn’t matter. I’ll take you to clean up.”
Then she held Roseanne’s hand and led her upstairs.
Although Mason was angry, he couldn’t bear the stench coming from Roseanne, so he could only sit on the sofa
and wait.
A few minutes later, Felicia came downstairs with Roseanne.
Mason immediately shouted, “Kneel down!”
Roseanne looked at her father with resentment, as if she wanted to kill him with her gaze.
Perhaps her expression was too obvious, Mason suddenly felt a chill.
He raised his head and looked at Roseanne, who suddenly became a stranger. He stood up angrily and kicked Roseanne in the knee.
“Useless!” Mason shouted.
With a thud, Roseanne knelt down heavily.
Her chest was full of hatred, and her fingers were tightly clenched into fists.
“You can’t even handle well the cheating. What else do you think you can do? Now there’s no capital coming into our company. Can you take the responsibility?” Mason said and wanted to kick Roseanne again.
“Indeed, I’m useless,” said Roseanne. She didn’t want to defend herself anymore.
Mason felt like punching cotton, full of frustration with nowhere to vent.
He gritted his teeth and said, “Tell me, how did you get caught tonight?”
Roseanne had no choice but to tell him everything that had happened tonight. She spoke in a calm tone as if she was not talking about her own story.
Mason almost jumped up when he heard her explanation. “What did you say? You were violated by some tramps?
“You can’t even protect your own body. How dare you come back? Why didn’t you just die out there?”

The first thought on Mann’s mind was not to care about his daughter. He was just worried that if such a thing was ekpeted, he would be humiliated.
Startled, Felicia held her daughter in her arms and burst into tears. “Rosie, my poor child: What will you do in the future?
Mason, already annoyed, became even more so when he heard the cry. He roared, “Enough with the tears. Get the doctor over here to check her in case she brings back any diseases.”
“Oh, yes, you’re right.” Felicia hurriedly called their family doctor.
At the same time, in Regalian Garden. Cynthia lay on the bed, with the medical book in front of her.
Many of the contents were about lost medical skills, and she was fascinated by them.
After a while, there came the sound of someone trying to open the door but couldn’t open it.
Cynthia smiled naughtily.
After two attempts, the sound outside ceased and then came Liam’s magnetic voice.
“Cynthia, open the door!” Liam requested.
“We’ll sleep in separate rooms today,” replied Cynthia without raising her head.
Liam, outside the door, frowned heavily.
“Sleep in separate rooms.
“How could it be possible?‘ Liam thought.
Then he was about to get the spare key.
It seemed that she knew what Liam was thinking.
“I have hidden the spare key,” Cynthia said.
Liam had no choice but to continue knocking on the door. “Cynthia, please open the door, I won’t tease your anymore.”
“Humph, you seemed pretty happy tonight,” Cynthia replied.
“I promise, I won’t do that again,” Liam promised.
There was a moment of silence inside, but Cynthia still didn’t open the door.
“Then I’ll call grandma.” Liam said. He had noticed over the past couple of days that Cynthia had a special fondness for the elderly and wouldn’t disobey them.
“Don’t try to lie to me. Grandma has already fallen asleep,” said Cynthia.
Liam Shook his head helplessly.
One minute later, he pretended to shout at the stairs, “Grandma, why do you come up so late?”
As soon as he finished her words, the door opened.

Of all the terrible translations this is by far the worst. Garbled rubbish with different languages in between. I wouldn't recommend this novel!...
