Chapter 309 Jace’s dark eyes stared straight at Yoel and his lips pursed tightly. Where did his confidence come from?
Jace anticipated Sage’s reply on the other end of the phone conversation. Yoel turned on the speaker, and Finn’s phone was on the marble stone table. Sage’s icy tone was heard from the speaker. “I can’t. I’m busy, Finn, please tend to Mister Fulton and Mister Yuriel’s needs.” Yoel blinked his eyes with disbelief.
“How did you know I had the speakerphone on?” Finn looked at Yoel helplessly. If it was not for his strategic ideas and input for the turf club project, Finn would have taken him as a moron.
No one could hide anything from Sage Norah. Yoel leaned back against the chair as he hung up. He looked rather disappointedly at Jace and said, “It’s too bad that Sagey can’t come. She looks so good going up on a horse. I’m sure she rides pretty well too.” Jace took a sip of coffee and looked up at Yoel. “Sagey? When did you get so close to her?” Yoel was speechless.
Though she said she would not go, Sage felt slightly tempted. She had not gone horseback riding in a long time. She turned to Hunter and said, “Please try to rearrange my schedule and leave half a day empty. We’ll bring Leah too.” “Okay, I’ll arrange it right now.”
Hunter felt excited as he got to see Leah while on duty. Sage checked the viewership of the advertisement Suki and Seth shot for Norah Jewelry, and the views were still increasing steadily. They remained the top ambassadors for Norah Jewelry.
The newly signed artist, Dean Sylas, was ranked second. Sage assigned Hillary, the senior artist manager, to Dean. They managed to arrange quite a few jobs for him, including a role in Lincoln’s movie and the ambassadorship for Norah Jewelry.
One of the men’s rings suited Dean’s vibe, and he was the face for it. As a result, the advertisement viewership and sales for that particular ring kept increasing.
Ivan, the artiste director, was overjoyed and said excitedly to Sage, “Sage, you’ve got me a gem. Dean could be the next Seth Hector!” Sage had her ‘I told you so’ face on, but she replied lightly, “Dean is still relatively new. Please don’t praise him too early on. It’ll do more harm than good.”
