A Relentless Pursuit for Love novel Chapter 333

Chapter 333 “What’s up?” Sage looked doubtfully at Nigel, “Did you do this on purpose? Pretending to look pitiful so I would help you?”

Nigel cared about his appearance as much as Luther, always trying to look his best at all times. Why would he ever show anyone his unkempt side? It didn’t make sense to either of them.

Now Sage knows that he’s trying to use her…

Nigel admitted and grinned, “You’ve always been a clever girl.”

Sage was speechless. All of her brothers, except for her eldest brother, were abnormal.

“Let’s get into it,” said Sage. She briefly explained the situation about the patient, “This patient possibly sustained some external injuries that hurt his spinal cord, or there may be a tumor pressing the spinal cord that might be causing him to be paralyzed from the waist down. Luckily, he isn’t completely paralyzed yet and there is a cure.

I read his file and it said that he used to be in the special forces of the military, so he is quite fit.

“Okay,” Nigel said, “Not just that. I heard from Professor Hermann that this patient used to be a spy near the borders for at least five years. It’s a miracle he sustained these injuries and still stayed alive.”

Sage felt impressed by this patient.

“The team and I have created an initial treatment plan for him, but we needed to examine him first before we could confirm anything. Tell Professor I’ll fly back tonight so that we can arrange for his surgery to be scheduled next week.”

Nigel nodded and said, “Okay, I’ll him know.”

Sage put down the files and said, “Now, you may tell me what’s going on with your life, and I’ll decide whether to help you with Sean.”

Nigel briefed Sage about what happened after a moment of hesitation. Nigel’s ex-boyfriend fell ill and he begged Nigel to treat him, and Nigel finally operated on him honoring his ethical code of being a doctor.
