Sage guessed that Seth purposely showed up at the airport to divert the crowds’ attention. She then asked, “You and Suki…”

Seth, who was on the other end of the call, chuckled softly, “You’ll have to greet her as your sister-in-law the next time we meet.”

Sage pulled into a smile. “Congratulations, Seth. It’s all finally paying off, isn’t it?”

“Indeed.”

Seth then added, “We didn’t plan on announcing it to the public so soon. I know that you have your reasons regarding the arrangements for Dean, but I really couldn’t stand people criticizing you.”

Sage felt a gush of warmth well up in her heart but it was quickly replaced by bitterness.

“Sorry for the trouble.”

Suki replied instead, “Not at all! It’s always a tricky situation whenever it involves fans. But it will all be over soon, don’t be too worried about it.”

Sage replied, “Mm, thank you, sister-in-law.”

Seth chuckled again. “There, now, my girlfriend’s embarrassed.”

After a few more exchanges, Sage ended the call.

The fans and reporters who stood guard at the airport were disappointed and defeated. However, right at the moment, Dean posted an announcement on his social media.

He first talked about the injury to his leg and hoped that his family and fans would not be too worried about him. He then went on to explain the sudden removal from the cast. Dean explained that he did not receive any announcement from the production team regarding him being removed from the cast. He also added that the production team and director of the movie – Moon and Stars For You had no plans of replacing his role with another actor.

The production team simply considered the fact that he was injured and later decided to go for plan B. Jaxon and he would have a fair chance to prove themselves and the final decision would still be up for the production team and director to decide.
