Chapter 615
Maybe God had heard his prayers, and was ready to answer.
An announcement came through the airport audio system, “The missing plane Y1106 from Salem City to Birmingham, was spotted at the Blue Sapphire Sea of Yathein. It was inferred that the plane crashed into a flock of birds while trying to land, and the engines malfunctioned upon impact. The plane was forced into an emergency landing. The Shelby Airlines is currently on the rescue mission, casualties details are to be determined…
The situation in the airport was stirred up as soon as the announcement was made. “Mister! Mister Jace!” Zayne was over the moon, “They found the plane! They found it!”. Jace’s bloodshot eyes gazed into the blue sea on the TV screen, he felt as though his dead heart was starting to beat again.
She would be fine! She is blessed, she would be fine! He was an atheist, however right now, he prayed. He would rather trade his luck of the entire lifetime for Sage’s safety. He only wished for her to be surviving this, and be safe forever! Meanwhile, Sage and the other 300 passengers on the plane had already escaped to an unknown island nearby.
About ten minutes ago, Captain Yale had pulled a miraculous event in the air crash history to have forced a successful emergency landing in the Blue Sapphire Sea. He swerved at a perfect angle and speed into the water.
However, that was not the end. Even though the plane successfully landed, the danger had not passed.
Yale walked out of the cockpit, his calm and deep eyes took a look at Sage, and said, “I need your help.”
Sage was still in shock when she heard about another news. Yale informed her that the plane could not survive the impact, it would only float in the water for a few minutes before sinking. They had to evacuate everyone as fast as possible, otherwise they would be dead. Sage looked serious, and followed the pilot out, “How can I help?” Yale said, “Be my translator.” Next, Yale spoke Yathenese, while Sage translated it into English. They delivered the message in the most concise way possible, about the current situation.
A few other passengers of other countries raised some questions, and Sage answered to each one in their respective languages. Finally, she got impatient, and said, “Shut up! Stop asking questions and get moving! You’d be dead if you keep asking!”
