Chapter 758 After sending off most of the elderly, the night had befallen, and the most important part of their wedding was spending their first night together. They had a lot to drink, and Nigel was already feeling exhausted. He wanted to take a hot shower and hurry up to bed.
However, he did not expect his friends to barge into their room before he could stop them.
“Woohoo, first night together! First night together!”
They were chanting together.
Nigel felt annoyance thumping in his veins. With his eyes shot wide open, he hissed, “Do we really have to do this for two adult guys?”
“Nonsense, of course, you‘d need to.”
Luther added, “Spending the first night together is the ‘essence‘ of a wedding, don‘t you all
agree?”
“Yes!” Everyone in the room agreed at the same time.
Nigel was wordless. He wanted to kick all of them out of the room, but their eldest brother was around, so he did not dare to say anything. He had no choice but to send signals to Sean and ask him for help. Sean, however, had drunk a lot, and he was clearly drunk. Pulling into a playful smile, he said, “Let‘s do it.” “Woohoo, you‘re the man, Sean!” Luther cheered as he exchanged a glance with Sage.
The rest of them started cheering too.
Luther cleared his throat, reached into his pockets, and pulled out a script he had written. “For the first game, you‘d have to list out ten qualities that you like about each other. The slowest to list out would need to do a hundred push–ups.” Nigel immediately said, “Handsome, sophisticated, playful, gorgeous...umm, long hair, older I am, wear glasses, take good care of me, and love me!” There was a moment of silence in the room. The crowd was all looking at him with looks of disdain on their face. “What is this even?”
“Sean, Nigel said that you‘re older than he is.”
“And what‘s with the glasses?”
Nigel crossed his arms in front of his chest, lifted his chin, and retorted, “I don‘t care. I‘ve listed ten of them, and he didn‘t say any.”
Nigel put on a victory look on his face and then glanced at Sean, teasing, “What‘s wrong? Is it
so hard to list out ten of my qualities? Or do I not have any qualities?”
Sean pulled into a smile and responded, “I can go on and on about your qualities for three days and three nights. I don‘t know how to narrow it down to only ten.”
The crowd immediately cringed as they felt their skin crawl.
Nigel‘s face turned red, but he was pleased with Sean‘s answer.
“A hundred push–ups, right? I‘ll do it!” He rolled up his sleeves and started doing push–ups with the crowd counting down for him. He quickly finished one hundred push–ups. “Now, here comes the second question.” Luther announced playfully, “Please list out three weaknesses you hope your partner could change...” Before he could even finish his sentence, Nigel and Sean replied at the same time, without any hesitation, “None!”
