A Surprising Twist of Fates (Sierra and Theo) novel Chapter 246

Janice locked eyes with her friends hiding in the crowd, silently pleading with them for help.

However, her friends averted their gazes and even took a step back.

Her face paled as tears pooled in her eyes. Then, she looked up at Sierra defiantly and yelled, "So what if I did so? Can you honestly say you have nothing to do with Benson?

"You had already given up playing the piano before, so why come back and steal those opportunities from us? Sierra, I really can't stand you."

Hearing her boldly admit her dislike toward Sierra, the surrounding students stopped their discussions and turned their eyes toward Sierra.

Sierra had always known that Janice did not like her. She also knew that Janice was not smart enough to brainstorm such a plan on her own.

"You're an idiot. You don’t even realize you're being used, yet you're still standing here, feeling proud of yourself."

Janice's eyes widened as she raised her finger and pointed toward herself. "Did you just call me an idiot?" she stammered.

Reaching out, Sierra pulled her aside and turned to look at Felicia. "Weren't you so happy talking about me earlier? Why aren't you saying anything now?"

Felicia forced a smile and tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear. "I was just comforting Janice just now and didn't mean anything else. Don't be misunderstood."

Sierra sneered and turned back to look at Janice. "Did you 'comfort' her by telling her how she should use Benson to make everyone doubt the credibility of my place in the Marisol Cup, so that the school can kick me out?"

Felicia, who had been hoping to brush it off, could no longer maintain her smile. Her heart tightened as she glanced at her surrounding classmates.

She could not allow Sierra to ruin her reputation. So, with feigned ignorance, she asked, "Sierra, what are you talking about? Everyone’s been praising you ever since you returned to school.

"Janice won first place, but no one cared. I was just trying to comfort her, worried she might feel bad."

Felicia had always portrayed herself as a gentle and kind girl at school, and most classmates had a good impression of her.

Now, with her acting pitiful and wronged, some people couldn't help but feel sympathetic toward her.
