Chapter 88 Seizing The Opportunity 

Benson was even angrier after hearing this 

What did he do wrong? 

Why was everyone saying he was wrong? 

Theo said he treated Sierra like a maid, and Timothy said the same thing. It was ridiculous. 

He grabbed Timothy’s arm. “Have I treated Sierra badly? I buy her whatever she wants, pay her the highest salary, and it’s because of me that her family values her. I’ve given her everything including money and status. Is it wrong just because I take care of Sophie a little?” 

Timothy looked at his angry face, and his expression turned more serious. “Because you haven’t given her respect, Benson. Monry isn’t everything. Sierra loves you, but have you loved her equally? And do you really not have any other thoughts about that assistant?” 

His gaze was sharp. 

Benson’s expression changed slightly. A few seconds later, he impatiently replied, “I don’tlike Sophie. She comes from a pitiful background. Whenever I see her, it reminds me of how fragile and in need of protection Sierra used to be. That’s why I can’t help but feel sorry for her. It’s Sierra who has a narrow mind.” 

“It’s not that Sierra has a narrow mind. It’s that you’re wrong. Sophie might indeed be from a pitiful background, but you’re Sierra’s boyfriend. Even if you wanted to help Sophie, you could have asked Sierra to help her more. Why do you have to play the hero? The truth is, your heart has changed. You just haven’t realized it yet. 

Timothy’s words pierced Benson’s heart. 

Benson became extremely angry. With a dark expression, he said, “I asked you to come and drink with me, not to lecture me.” 

“I’m driving. I can’t drink.” 

“Then, fock off!” Benson yelled, looking extremely irritable. 

Timothy glanced at Benson with anger. He stood up and walked toward the door. 

At the door, he stopped and looked at Benson. “Benson, I’ll give you one last piece of advice. If you’re wrong, show genuine sincerity and apologize. Maybe there’s still a chance to salvage things. Otherwise, you’ll regret it later, and it’ll be too late.” 

“Heh, do you think I can’t live without Sierra? There are plenty of women who would want to marry me. I will never regret it!” 

Timothy was furious upon seeing Benson’s behavior and lett angrily. 

Outside the door, after Timothy had left, Sophie walked out from around the comer. A cold glint flashed in her eyes as she watched him leave in anger. She then pushed open the door to the private room where Benson was and walked in. 

“Didn’t I ask you to get lost? Why are you back again? Haven’t you lectured me enough?” Benson angrily shouted when he heard the door open
