A Trust-fund Baby novel Chapter 8

Diana looked up at her bestie Aurora Lewis, "Aurora, let me ask you something. Why is a rich man willing to be a live-in son-in-law even being scolded and insulted?"

Aurora said sentimentally, "Well, why do you ask? Do your find that Judson is a real trust-fund baby, don't you?"

Aurora gently flicked the red wine glass with her fair and long fingers... She was dangling her long and sexy legs under the table, which attracted many men in this restaurant, but she didn't care...

Diana frowned, "What do you mean?"

Aurora took a sip of red wine, "I told you, the first time I met Judson, I knew that he was not common! You can tell his great confidence through his eyes. With that, how could he be nothing?"

Diana didn't take it seriously, because she really didn't look Judson in the eye this year. So, she questioned closely, "Cut the crap, and answer my question. What is the reason for a rich man to be willing to be the son-in-law suffering all the insults!"

Aurora took a deep breath, recalling something, "It's love. If you love someone deeply, then you will be willing to do everything for him..."

"Love? Judson loves me? He married me for money." Diana muttered... Then she was hobbling to get the another glass of wine...

"Well, who knows? I'm not him, cheers..." Aurora also picked up the glass and drank with Diana...

"He loves me? It's impossible." Diana was a little confused...because she had never been in love. From what she knew, Judson just married her for her father gave him a lot of money...

...

After returning home late at midnight, Diana, plastered, cast off two high heels and threw the bag on the sofa.

"Judson, give me a cup of water..." Diana shouted loudly.

But she didn't get any respond. Then Diana became angry and continued to yelled, "Are you deaf! I said I want a cup of water! Don't you hear me? Ah?"

Diana continued to scream...
