After divorce, Ex-wife Revealed Identities novel Chapter 967

Chapter 967

"It looks like many guests have arrived early." Sylvia smirked as she opened the door and got out of the car.

Franklin put his arm around her waist. "Let's head to the elevator."

The elevator stopped at the lobby on the first floor. Sylvia and Franklin stepped out of the elevator and walked towards Clare, who was welcoming guests at the entrance.

"Sylvia, Franklin?" Clare saw the couple and immediately greeted them, "You're here?"

"Uncle looks very handsome today." Sylvia looked at Clare with a smile on her face.

"Well, of course, how could I be with your aunt if I wasn't handsome?" Clare joked.

The young masters of the Gibson family also came forward to greet Franklin.

"It's getting late. Zechariah will stay here to wait for a few latecomers. Let's all go inside." Emiliano, being the elder brother, made the arrangements and went to the banquet hall on the second floor with Franklin.

Inside the banquet hall, the main table was occupied by Old Mrs. Hipps, Jasmine and her husband, Old Mr. Gibson, and several ladies from the Gibson family.

As they were about to become in-laws, it was natural for them to sit at the main table.

Unexpectedly, when Old Mrs. Hipps and the others saw Sylvia and Franklin, they waved at them. "Sylvia, Franklin, come sit here."

The table was round and could seat twelve people. Sylvia and Franklin walked over together. She smiled, "Grandma, let the two of us sit here, where will Uncle and Aunt sit?"

"They are entertaining guests today and need to pour drinks. They don't have time to come and sit with us." Old Mrs. Hipps smiled as she and Old Mr. Hipps, dressed in maroon outfits, looked quite joyful.

Old Mr. Gibson wore a black suit while the rest of the guests were dressed in festive shades of red. After all, the Gibson family only had one daughter, and the sons from other families were all present.

Now that the Gibson family was about to be engaged to the famous Hipps Family, the guests attending were all affluent and distinguished.

Cody and Mrs. Wright brought Brayden and Jenna, and when they saw Sylvia, they quickly approached her. They had all been busy lately but were now catching up eagerly.

After chatting for a while, Darius arrived with Isabelle, and Bethany's family of three were enjoying themselves.

Many familiar faces were present at the banquet, including Carolyn, Kareem, and Katie, making the event even livelier.

Clare looked regal in a white suit, resembling a prince on a white horse.

Mollie, in a pristine white dress and high heels, complemented each other perfectly in appearance and aura.

Upon seeing Sylvia, people couldn't help but exclaim, "So beautiful!"

"Mollie... I mean, Sylvia," Mollie chuckled, struggled to change her address. "You look gorgeous today."

"Auntie, you are the most beautiful one." Sylvia smiled. "I wish you all the happiness."

Several young men couldn't help but glance at Sylvia from time to time. She was so beautiful that she almost resembled a fairy descended from heaven.

Mollie, on the other hand, exuded a fiery beauty akin to a thorny rose.

Sylvia's beauty, however, had a divine air to it, making her appear ethereal and aloof, like a fairy.

The engagement between the Gibson family and the Hipps Family received many blessings but also stirred jealousy among some.

Although everyone appeared happy and full of blessings, little did Mollie know that she had become an eyesore to some.

While chatting with Jenna, a glass of red wine suddenly splashed from behind her.

Unaware, she continued standing there, but Clare, who had been with her, immediately reacted and pulled Mollie aside.

She was almost splashed all over, but as the guest of honor that evening, it would have been embarrassing if her clothes got wet and stained.

Startled, Mollie looked up and saw that the perpetrator had already fled.

From the back, it seemed like the daughter of the McGuire family who had managed to make it into the entertainment industry through various means?

Not having had any interaction with her before, Mollie furrowed her brows in displeasure.

"Don't mind her, she's always a bit crazy." Clare had heard gossip about Katie and quickly reassured her companion.

Not taking any chances, he followed Mollie closely. Where she went, Clare followed.
