Michael did not go to the company today, he stayed home waiting for Chloe to return. 

Instead of receiving a call from her, he got a call from Lary 

As soon as he answered, Lacy’s crying voice came through. “Michael, something happened to my mom. She is in emergency care now, and I am the only one here. Can you come over?”

Michael hesitated for a moment before getting up from the sofa. “I will come over now,”

Chloe did not think much of it. “Did he go to the company?”

“Emma, just tell me, I have an urgent matter!” | 

Chloe was getting anxious. 

“Mrs. Shawn, Mr. Shawn just seemed to have taken a call from Ms. Campbell”

When she arrived at the hospital, Chloe pushed through the crowd and saw Wendy’s condition inside the ward
