Denise Olanna (Aw-lan-na) Abioye (Ah-bi-o-ye) is 17. Her father was Yoruba and her mom was Igbo. She lived in Lagos before moving to Abuja to live with her aunt and granny after her parents' deaths.

Camille Keita Jalani is 18. Her mom is half-Latino half-Nigerian and her dad is South African. She's Denise's current best friend.

Kelechi (Ke-le-tchi) Kanye Mathews is 17. He is purely Igbo,though his mom is quarter American. He's Denise's ex-bestfriend.
