Alpha Twins And Their Hybrid Mate novel Chapter 114

The sign that was already there but our eyes missed it. I don’t know how.

A letter, out of place against the otherwise undisturbed surface. My blood ran cold the moment my eyes landed on it. The paper was crisp, carefully placed, but there was something sinister about how it just sat there, waiting for me.

Nathan noticed my pause and followed my gaze, his face darkening as he took in the sight. "Ella...?"

I moved forward, heart pounding, and snatched the letter up. I could feel the twins' presence beside me, a steadying force, but my hands still shook as I unfolded the paper.

The handwriting was elegant, deliberate, and cold. A message written just for me:

"I've always known where to find you. You should have known better than to think you could run from fate. Come to where it all began, Ella. The altar. It's time we finished this."

I swallowed hard, the words sinking into my bones like ice.

The altar. I knew the place far too well—the sacred ground where the curse had been broken. It was steeped in power and history, a place I never wanted to return to, not after everything that had happened there.

The twins’ energy shifted instantly. Tristan stepped closer, peering over my shoulder to read the letter, his body tensing. “The altar… What does she want with you there?”

“She wants to end this on her terms,” I muttered, my voice cold. My mind raced with images of that place, the memories of breaking the curse, of the battles that had been fought there. And now, it seemed, another battle was inevitable. The witch had been planning this, drawing me in, and now she was calling me back to where it all started.

Nathan’s eyes flashed with anger. “She’s challenging you. She thinks she can trap us there. This is a trap, Ella.”

I crumpled the letter in my fist, feeling the pulse of anger deep within me. “Then we go. We will end this. Trap or not, I will end this for good or bad. I don’t care right now.”

Tristan and Nathan exchanged a glance, their protective instincts roaring to life. I could feel their worry, their reluctance, but they knew me too well to argue. This was personal. The witch had taken everything from us, and now she wanted to drag me back into the heart of it all.

But I wasn’t going alone.

“I’m with you,” Nathan said firmly, stepping forward. His hand found mine, strong and steady, grounding me. “We’ll finish this together.”

Tristan nodded, his eyes hard. “We’re not letting her win.”

I exhaled slowly, my resolve hardening. “Then we head to the altar.”

The weight of the letter lingered in the air as we prepared to leave, but there was no turning back now. The witch had made her move, and she’d chosen the battleground carefully. But she had underestimated us—underestimated me.

As we stepped outside, the tension was thick, the atmosphere charged with the promise of what was to come. The sky was darkening, clouds swirling ominously, as if the earth itself knew that something powerful was about to unfold.

The altar was waiting. The final showdown was inevitable.

And this time, I wouldn’t be afraid.

As I was about to leave, my phone rang. And it was none other than Sara.

My heart raced as I answered the phone.
