Chapter 181 The gold medalist figure skater 

I straightened up, then I was back at the present. I waved to the people with a broad smile on my face. It was still hard to believe I did it. I bowed around and I skated to the gate. Beth hugged me tight, followed by Gareth. My whole coach applauded for me and they hugged me together. When I freed myself, I could see the other group, my family. They also hugged and congratulated me, 

We sat down together, waiting to see my scores. I was excited even though I knew they ranked me as first. Only two competitors left to perform, but even if they would get the maximum scores for their free program, they could not push me behind them. 

Beth and Gareth sat next to me, and they held my hand. I could feel Gideon’s hand on one of my shoulders, and Ava’s hand on my other side. 

Gideon gripped my shoulder gently, then everyone congratulated me happily again.
