Chapter 57 The next morning 

“You know exactly what I am talking about.” 

“Alice” He called my name in a painful tone. “I had nothing to do with them.” 

“And what do you think? Who is going to believe that?” 

“You are fucking wrong” 

He sat up and crossed his arms. 

“I had Gemma. These sluts are her friends. Gemma would kill them if she’d find out they had something to do with me. I don’t deny that I had many next to Gemma. This is what I told you. have to train with Ava. I can talk to Seth. He will understand.” 

I shook my head. “No, I don’t want to disappoint Ava.”

“Am I a child?” I asked him with a hint of anger while frowned. He grinned,

I could feel my cheeks burning. That made him laugh. 

“So do not fall, Alice.” He laughed while stood up and kissed my cheeks. He left the dining room. I got used to that by now. He really hated everything related to the kiteben. I didn’t mind, actually. 

I stood up and cleaned the table. It was nearly noon. I thought lunch could wait. After I finished, I found him lying outside close to the pool. As I felt the warmth of the sun on my skin, I had to admit that it felt nice.
