Bai Meiyue had no idea that someone was hoping for her death. At that moment, she was only worried about Shen Zhen. Seeing the woman getting more and more far away from her, Bai Meiyue panicked.

The scene was in utter chaos and even if Bai Meiyue wanted to catch Shen Zhen, it was impossible. Unless she washed away the entire crowd of zombies, but that would take too much energy. "Alright, wait for me here," Bai Jixuan said to his sister as he shifted and became an eagle before flying straight to the young woman. Bai Meiyue watched her brother grab Shen Zhen by her shoulders and lift her up in the air. Everything happened so quickly that no one had the time to react.

Even Shen Zhen was stunned, as she didn’t expect that one day she would be kidnapped by an eagle. By the time she reacted, Bai Jixuan had brought her right where his sister was waiting for him.

"Here you go." Bai Jixuan changed into his human form and started dressing up. He looked at Shen Zhen, who was staring at him as if she had seen a monster. With a brow raised, he turned to look at his sister and asked, "Should I tie her up? She looks like she is about to run away."

Shen Zhen snapped out of her daze. She got to her feet with difficulty as she tugged on the straps of her bulging backpack. She blew her messy, greasy and tangled hair off her face and looked at Bai Jixuan before exploding angrily, "What do you think you are doing? I don’t even know you. How can you grab someone like that?"

Shen Zhen had gone through a lot these past few months. First she was caught in a tsunami and couldn’t leave the building where she was trapped. When she was wondering whether or not she was about to die, the tsunami waves finally eased.

Somehow, Shen Zhen managed to sneak out of the building but soon found out that the world had turned upside down! Men eating monsters appeared on the street and even the animals mutated.

It was with her sheer willpower that she was able to escape from the disastrous situation.

Now that she finally got her hands on some supplies, someone kidnapped her. Even if Shen Zhen was thinking with her toes, she was certain that it had something to do with either the supplies in her hands or her body.
