Chapter 26: A mother's worry

Lu Yu knew that Lei Qian turned crazy when it came to Bai Meiyue but obviously he didn't expect that Lei Qian would actually ask him to stop the car and walk over to the small restaurant where Bai Meiyue had just finished ordering her meal.

Was he not worried about being taken as a stalker? Seeing how confidently Lei Qian was walking, Lu Yu was certain that the man did not even take this matter into consideration.

Lu Yu shook his head before slipping out of the car. He didn't want his boss and friend to be beaten until his face turned the size of a pig and he could only follow him; in case Bai Meiyue caught them, he would lie for Lei Qian and back him up.
