Albina brought the cooked dishes to the table.

"Violette, come here for a sec." Albina called out to her daughter.

Violette followed her mom towards the restroom.

"Did you have a fight with Elijah?" Albina asked.

"Yeah, you two are like a couple on the verge of a broken marriage." Albina described, "That's the exact expression your dad and I had when we get divorced."

Violette couldn't help but laughed, "Mom, we didn't talk about divorce. We just... disagreed on the issue of having kids."

"Oh, he still doesn't want kids? Did he give any reason?" Albina asked.

Violette shook her head, "He has depression. Every time I think about his illness, I tell myself to take it easy."

"Poor thing." Albina sighed, "What's the use of having money? Health is the most important thing. I think we're richer than him in that sense."

"You have no idea how much money he has." Violette smiled and held her mom's hand, "Mom, thanks for everything tonight."

"I'm happy to cook for you every day, but the Bourne family's chef probably cooks better than me." Albina said.
