Mikayla walked to a quieter area and said, “I’m at the bar with friends. Do you need something?” 

Amy hesitated and said, “Madam, it’s almost 11:00 pm. When will you be back?” 

She would occasionally ask about Mikayla’s whereabouts before bed. 

“I’m not sure yet, Amy. You can go to sleep. Don’t worry about me.” 

“Madam, there’s one more thing.” Amy stopped her again. “Sir says he can’t find his usual 

pajamas.” 

“If he can’t find them, he can just wear something else. I don’t want to go back 

his pajamas!” 

“But Sir says he’s not comfortable in anything else. You woke up later than him this morning, did you put them somewhere?” 

“I wouldn’t touch his things! I don’t even know if he slept last night, let alone where his pajamas are! Amy, don’t spoil him, he can wear whatever!”

“Enough, Amy, I have to go now. I’m hanging up the phone.”
