Taylor’s appearance drew a lot of attention. Every passerby looked at him. Some of them even glanced at Mikayla with envy as if wondering why she was so lucky. 

She didn’t want to get into his car under the gazes of others, so she pretended not to know him and 

walked away. 

“Ms. Davidson!” 

Taylor, on the other hand, waved at her to greet her with an affectionate smile. “I’m here.” 

Mikayla was rendered speechless. She walked up to him expressionlessly before getting into the car. 

He didn’t mind her attitude at all. After closing the car door for her, he walked to the driver’s seat. 

Many people were still paying attention to them as they left. 

“Mr. Blue, what are you doing? We’re just going to a bar. You don’t have to be so ostentatious. Mikayla 

was unpleasant. 

Taylor responded, “I don’t think I’m ostentatious. Is it wrong for me to dress formally?” 

She couldn’t help but roll her eyes in annoyance. “Mr. Blue, I don’t deserve that. You should act more 

normally.” 

When he heard that, he smirked instead of becoming furious. “Don’t say that. Despite your poor eyesight, you’re attractive. I should be more serious to show my respect.” 

“Thank you. Aside from embarrassment, I don’t feel anything else.” 

Taylor glanced at her a few times. “What a dense woman. Other women would think I’m spending time on them and giving them my attention. You’re the only one who finds it embarrassing.” 

Mikayla didn’t care about his comments. “You can think of me whatever you want. I don’t need your attention. Besides, our relationship isn’t enough for you to pay attention to me. 

She felt uneasy. “Are you going to cause me any trouble again?” 

“I just admire you. Why are you doubting me? Is our trust gone?” Taylor appeared aggrieved. 

Mikayla was speechless. 

The outdoor bar was set up on the riverside. The environment was beautiful and elegant, with white. baby’s breath hanging throughout the yard, creating a perfect atmosphere. 

When they walked inside, someone was playing guitar and singing on stage. People below were drinking or chatting. It was a nice place to relax. 

The manager here was familiar with Taylor and approached to greet him.

“Would you like to have a drink?” Taylor asked leisurely. 

Mikayla shook her head. “I don’t feel well. I can’t drink.” 

She wasn’t sure about her alcohol limit. Besides, she was out alone with him. To avoid embarrassment, she’d better not drink alcohol.
