Many people applauded and praised Mikayla. Feeling happy, she accepted their compliments. 

When she returned to her seat, Taylor clapped lazily. “No wonder your video got so many views. You’re excellent. I enjoy watching it live rather than watching the video.” 

She raised her head proudly. “Of course!” 

Back then, she was talented enough that her teacher focused on training her.

Just then, the bar manager brought Mikayla a cocktail. “Ms. Davidson, you performed very well. This is our latest creation. We’d like to let you try.” 

She picked up the glass. “Thanks.” 

The cocktail tasted good. It was sweet. Mikayla enjoyed drinking it and was unaffected by the alcohol 

content. 

After drinking it, she checked the time and said to Taylor, “Mr. Blue, it’s getting late. I’ve completed my 

mission. Can I go now?” 

“Of course.” Taylor also stood up. “Let’s go.” 

He handed her the car keys. “I drank too much. Drive for me.” 

Mikayla shook her head. “I’ll hail a taxi. You can ask your driver to pick you up.” 

Taylor insisted, saying, “Since I brought you here, I have to send you back. I’m a gentleman, after all.” 

She was once again speechless. Forget it. Whatever madness he had, everything would revert to normal 

after she returned to the hotel. 

Mikayla took the car keys and headed to the parking lot with Taylor: 

Back at the hotel, Mikayla urged Taylor to let the driver pick him up while she unbuckled her seatbelt. 

However, he also unbuckled his seatbelt. He rubbed his forehead and muttered, “I’m too dizzy. I’ll stay 

here tonight.” 

When Mikayla heard that, her eyes widened in terror. “Taylor Blue, what do you mean?”

She frowned. “Why have you been acting so strangely these days?” 

Something seemed off about him ever since he treated her to a meal yesterday. He also appeared odd today.
