Could it really be his Ally?

It must be her! There wouldn't be such a coincidence where someone would have the exact same name as her! It couldn't be! She must be still alive, and it must not have been a false hope! It couldn't be, God wouldn't treat him that way...

As Frederick hurried forward, he stumbled out of fear, and almost fell to the ground.

"Be careful!" Chet yelled.

Chet helped him up in concern, and grabbed his arm, trying to give him support.

"Don't be too anxious, Frederick. Relax, everything is fine now. The plane has landed safely, and nothing will happen to Alicia! You'll be able to meet her very soon!" he said.

Frederick said, "Don't worry about me, I'm fine! Hurry up and look for her, we mustn't lose her..."

He looked around in panic, and didn't dare to blink at all.

Chet dragged him away from the crowd, and instructed their subordinates to go in among the crowd. "Frederick, we've arranged for our people to wait at every exit of the airport, don't worry! You

need to calm down!"

Half an hour later, the crowd was gone, and only a few people were left walking out slowly. Frederick's eyes were sore from staring, but he still didn't see that familiar figure. The light in his eyes started to fade into disappointment. As the exit became empty, his heart sank.

"Why isn't she here? Why? Was it really just a false hope?" he mumbled.

He turned around, and grabbed Chet's collar.

"Tell me, am I in a dream? Was it really only someone who had the same name, or someone who had plastic surgery to look like her? Why isn't she here? Didn't they land safely already? Why don't I see her? Why?" he asked.

Frederick was immersed in his emotions, and he could only stare at him blankly.

"Erm... don't panic, Fredrick. I'll go check on the information again right away! Perhaps there were too many people, so we didn't notice her walking out..." Chet said.

If it was truly just a prank or a misunderstanding, it was definitely going to be another fatal blow towards Frederick.

Just as Chet turned around to go to the counter, a chubby lady appeared at the aisle as she slowly pulled onto her black luggage. Chet's gaped, and he nudged Frederick, couldn't say a single word for a long time.

Frederick was in agony, and his visions had lost focus as well. As he turned around to look at Chet, he then looked in the direction Chet was looking at. The next second, his mind was blown.

Alicia was worried that she would have a hard time walking with the crowd with her body condition, so she waited until most of the people had left before walking out with the help of a service staff. As she also had to pull onto her luggage, she didn't dare to exert too much strength, so she walked extremely slowly. As she walked, she even thought of whom she should call to come fetch her, or whether she should take the taxi home on her own.

Just as she took out her cell phone, she looked up, and was taken aback as her gaze met his.

The first thing that she caught sight of was Fredrick's wrinkled clothes and glaring white hair. He looked completely different from his confident self in her memory.

If Chet wasn't by his side, she would've suspected that he wasn't the Frederick that she knew!

She had initially found a way to get a temporary passport and identity card issued, and also bought a new SIM card. She wanted to send Frederick a text message, but she wasn't sure about the situation at his end. Furthermore, she only left because she was betrayed, and he had suddenly stopped contacting her as well, so she was feeling unsure about things, and gave up on that thought for her pride.

Therefore, in the end, she just posted a post in advance to test his reaction and see if he cared about her. She wanted to see if he was going to react, and if he was going to contact her on his own.

However, she was disappointed once again. There was nothing from him at all.

As she had already purchased the flight ticket, and her temporary passport also had a time limit, so she returned according to schedule.
